The March 21, 2024 and April 18, 2024 IPC Continuing Professional Development Seminars will cover Temporary Processing. 

The March 21, 2024 IPC Continuing Professional Development Seminar covered Temporary Processing – the Basics from A to Z. 

The April 18, 2024 IPC Continuing Professional Development Seminar will cover Temporary Processing – Updates, Intra-Company Transferees, Job Portal and Advertising, and Topics of Interest. 

NOTE: Both of these seminars will provide updates on the implementation of the ‘International Students' Cap. Currently, federal authorities are providing the ‘cap' numbers to the provinces and awaiting their implementation of attestation letters and standards regarding finances and language requirements. Additionally, they will be identifying any exemptions or restrictions related to this implementation process.
