The Ashton Achievement Awards took place on June 7, 2014. Held at the scenic Inn at the Quay, graduates enjoyed the idyllic weather and a river-side view while they celebrated their many accomplishments. Here is a selection of the day's highlights. Held at New Westminster's Inn at the Quay, the theme for the 2014 Spring Ashton Achievement Awards was nautical.
Each table was adorned with nautical inspired centre pieces including sea shells and lanterns.
The afternoon's MCs were Program Advising Manager Cairrie Williamson.
Ashton College President, Colin Fortes, addresses the graduates.
The Keynote address was presented by 2008 DHRM graduate Joan Wild.
President's Award recipient, Mary Phyllis Bayes, stands with Ashton College President Colin Fortes.
Graduates had the chance to pose with Ashton's cap and gown throughout the ceremony.
