As a dynamic and innovative lawyer, Parveen has extensive expertise in the legal field and leading development programs for professionals. She is highly skilled at encouraging legal professionals to identify their strengths and leverage them to reach their career goals. Parveen completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and she attended law school at the University of Windsor in Ontario. Parveen practiced at several prominent Toronto law firms after being admitted to the Ontario Bar. Soon after that, she founded her practice. Parveen works as an advisor at UBC, guiding students through legal challenges and coordinating career development programs. Parveen is a leader in her industry as an elected executive member with different sections of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA). In her free time, she volunteers as a career mentor for newcomers to Canada and with other charitable causes.

Ashton College uses web conferencing tools to help instructors and students connect and collaborate live online. For the online classes, students need to have a fully functional computer system with a webcam, speakers and microphone or headset and headphones, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection. Though the classes can be accessed using smartphones and tablets, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for a better learning experience.
