Seidler, Sharon
Sharon Seidler is a Human Resources Professional and Conflict Resolution Professional with over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources Supports, Organizational Development, Change Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Employee and Labour Relations, and Leadership Development. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta's Human Resources Management Program and Kansas State University's Conflict Resolution Program. She has also been a certified mediator, a mentor with the Kansas Supreme Courts, and a member of the Kansas Supreme Court Advisory Council on Dispute Resolution.
Sharon currently works in post-secondary education with Ashton College Online, focusing on human resources, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and change management. Sharon has extensive experience developing and instructing organizational training programs in conflict resolution, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leadership development to promote inclusive, safe and healthy work environments. She also publishes online articles related to change management, mental wellness, co-parenting, workplace mediation, divorce mediation, human resources, and conflict resolution.
