Mardian, Kari

Kari Mardian obtained her Masters of Education degree from the University of Lethbridge. Her research focus was examining the effects of stress and teachers in relation to causes, effects and management techniques. She spent the majority of her career as an instructor for a Bachelor of Nursing Degree program as well as an Individualized Study Tutor for Nursing Research.  As a Registered Nurse, she has devoted her career and passion to Public Health and Pediatric Nursing in Southern Alberta Health Regions. She continually strives to implement a positive learning environment for students to reach their full potential. The best part of her job as an instructor is helping students to succeed.  She feels very privileged to be apart of the Ashton College faculty. Personally, her husband and two daughters are an integral aspect of her life. Together they love to travel, golf and enjoy fine cuisine.
