Alder, Monika
Monika is an engaging and respected thought and functional leader, with expertise in leadership, strategy development and execution, transformational change, complex employee and stakeholder engagement and organizational effectiveness. She is currently a senior manager for Human Capital consulting at Deloitte Canada. She holds a master's degree in International Economic and Political Relationships from the University of Lodz in Poland and an MBA from the University of Alberta in Canada. As an instructor, Monika believes in experiential learning and she incorporates her professional and personal experience with theory, research and application to facilitate student growth and development. Monika is currently a board member of the global Association of Change Management Professionals and she is a Certified Change Management Professional.
