I have recently completed my Unit Clerk program from Ashton College. My instructors are all working in the industry and well accomplished in the field of health and administration, some of them have master’s degrees in the field of health education. I am glad that my practicum component was in a radiology department of a hospital in Vancouver – this gave me the opportunity to get familiar with the software they are using and also to get the feel of how it is to work in a hospital as a unit clerk. I thank Ashton College for being supportive of their students. I thank the staff of the radiology department of my practicum placement for being supportive of students.
