Chitra Bhatia is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant based in Metro Vancouver, BC. She currently works as an executive director at GISAC Global Immigration and Study Abroad Consultants Inc.
Chitra immigrated to Canada in 2011, starting her journey in Halifax, Nova Scotia and moving to Vancouver in 2015. Originally from Delhi, India, she graduated with a Master’s of Science (M.S.) in Consultancy Management from BITS Pilani, and has been consulting in the areas of business and operations, strategic planning and marketing for over 20 years.
It was Chitra’s determination and drive to succeed that pushed her to apply for immigration to Canada, even after being refused twice due to changes in rules. She worked hard to find a job before she moved to Halifax, and ended up working at a Canadian College as a Regional Director for Marketing and Admissions. She strongly believes that success in life comes when you simply refuse to give up, with the goals so strong that obstacles, failure and loss only act as motivation.
