Storytelling Course

Live Online Info Session

Join us for a live online info session about our Storytelling course with instructor Brittany Campbell. Ashton College staff will also be available to advise and answer your questions about admissions and other general questions about the course.

This course assists students with new and emerging platforms like video games, virtual reality and Internet/mobile apps by exploring how storytelling allows us to make connections. Students will learn fundamental concepts related to interactive storytelling, such as the structure of interactive digital narratives from multiple genres, and the practical applications of utilizing storytelling techniques.

Meet the Instructor: Brittany Campbell

Brittany Chung Campbell comes to Ashton College with an extensive background in storytelling using various forms of media. As a book editor and self-publishing consultant based in Toronto, Ontario, her goal is to teach storytellers how to turn their ideas into a compelling story that builds communities. After her graduation, Brittany interned at CTV.ca and became obsessed with digital storytelling. Since then, she has worked as a corporate copywriter across many different industries, performs at storytelling events, has been published in anthologies and has transitioned into entrepreneurship by helping writers become authors.
