Special Measures and Federal Court Case Recap

The June 15th Ashton Live CPD Seminar, from 1:00 pm to 3:10pm PST, will offer insights into two unique areas of immigration practice. 

The first topic will offer attendees an overview and insight into the Canadian government's Public Policy Initiatives for Special Measures processing to assist Nationals of Afghanistan, Hong Kong, Iran, Sudan, and Ukraine as presented by Mahsa Mehrvaz, RCIC. 

The second topic will offer attendees an overview and insight into recent Federal Court cases that have impacted temporary and permanent resident processing, appeals before the Immigration Refugee Board, and Federal Court Appeals as presented by Steven Meurrens, Lawyer. 

Each speaker will present and answer questions within their one-hour time period.

The Ashton Live CPD Seminar: Special Measures and Federal Court Case Recap has been pre-approved by the Council of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants for 2 CPD hours, and is also approved by The Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Law Society of British Columbia.
