On Thursday, January 20, 2022, Ashton College will be hosting a free CPD webinar to support the continuing professional development of legal professionals across the country. This CPD event will cover the fiduciary responsibilities for representatives, detention review tips, family class updates, super visas and legal counsel before regulatory administrative tribunals. There will also be an overview of the old and new code of professional conduct, Provincial Nominee programs, including the BC PNP Skilled Worker programs, and looking forward into 2022. 

This event is approved by CCIC for 4.5 CPD hours. To comply with the annual requirement, an RCIC must complete 16 CPD hours. How can you log your CPD hours?
