Lynn Fournier-Ruggles is an experienced professor and program Coordinator of Justice Administration Services at Seneca College. She has a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Law, along with a Graduate Diploma in Justice System Administration from York University. She is currently a Board member with International Justice Partnerships, through which she delivers workshops to foreign judges and court administrators.
Previously, Lynn worked in the federal public service, progressing to management positions as registrar, then Director of Operational Systems with the Immigration and Refugee Board. She spearheaded several national operations improvement projects, including the implementation of case management control processes. She is the proud author of Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law for Legal Professionals, and the co-author of Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law: a Practitioner’s Handbook.
