Hassan Syed is a law graduate from England and Wales. He holds an LLM in International law and a doctorate in Finance and Economics. He is also a professional civil engineer. Hassan is currently completing his second doctoral degree in Italy. He has published extensively on the topics of sustainability, environmentalism, law, history, sociology, economics, and finance. Three of his publications are now chapters in IGI Global books. He is an active researcher and international presenter at annual international conferences on environmentalism, law, and economics. He serves as a scientific committee member for three international conferences on economics and finance. Hassan is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, American Economic Association, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Live Online Students
Ashton College uses web conferencing tools for conducting online classes and online learning management systems for managing resources, assignments, and grades. These tools help instructors and students connect live online as well as asynchronously. The basic requirements for online learning include a computer, webcam, speakers, and a microphone or a headset and headphones, along with a reliable internet connection. Though online learning can be pursued using smartphones and tablets, the use of laptops or desktop computers is encouraged for an enhanced learning experience.
This course does not require approval by the Private Training Institutions Branch of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training. As such, it was not reviewed.
