Admission Requirements
Admissions requirements:
- Canadian Lawyers in good standing with their Provincial or Territorial Law Society or a Notary who is a member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec.
- Any other member in good standing of a law society of a province or territory or the Chambre des notaires du Quebec, including a Paralegal.
- Regulated Immigration and Citizenship Consultants licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
- Employees, Agents, or Staff of the aforementioned authorized immigration practitioners.
- Members, Staff, and Employees of International Organizations, Embassies, Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Community, and Other Related Organizations that directly deal with foreign nationals on immigration, refugee, and citizenship-related matters.
Credential
Upon completion of the course requirements, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
