Colleen has been working with children, youth, couples and families since 2007. She is currently a professional counsellor working with High Conflict Families, trauma, mood and personality disorders and recently completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. She observes that in life there are moments where we need to pause and tease out what is motivating us, what’s driving our thoughts and behaviours, as these become our reality. Whether you’re here to learn course content or explore and develop yourself, every moment of life is a process of self-discovery. Colleen prizes learning as the essence of exploration, growth and revelation, and she is excited to share that journey with you here at Ashton.
