Mohan, Neha

Neha Mohan comes to Ashton College with over ten years of experience in human resource and business management. She has worked in Canadian and American organizations that have challenged her to explore all the core competencies of human resources, including labour relations, finance, and learning and development. Currently, in her role at CPHR BC & Yukon, she develops and oversees professional development opportunities for HR professionals across the province. Along with this, her love for human resources and people ultimately showed her the way to being a human resources instructor for private colleges in Vancouver for the past several years. Neha is excited to be part of the Ashton Faculty as an instructor for the Human Resource Management Diploma program.
