Vy, pronounced as ‘vee’ is passionate about building leaders who nurture people to show up with their best selves, and in turn, create their best work. The decades of work in business, people, and technology enables Vy to bring stories from start-ups to mature corporations in her class facilitation.
She believes that continuous learning inspires new thinking. Vy credits a big part of her successes to career studies. She holds designations; SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), along with certifications in change management, occupational health, and psychological safety leadership.
In the community, Vy dedicates time to board advisory, coaching, and mentoring.
