Chef Shane has spent the last 20 years in the restaurant industry as a Chef, consultant, manager, sommelier, and trainer, but he will always proudly be a Cook. Shane has learned his craft in Vancouver's finest restaurants and challenged the culinary Red Seal in 2016. In addition to the Red Seal and WSET Sommelier certification, Shane holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance and a Master of Arts in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
