Gayer, Sarah
Sarah Gayer is a Human Resources professional and Charter Mediator, who brings over 20 years of experience consulting with organizations in the private sector, in such industries as pulp and paper, plastics, retail, communications, medical, manufacturing, financial, and in the not-for-profit sector. Sarah’s credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University, a Charter Mediator designation from ADRIO and advanced certificates in Conflict Management from the University of Waterloo and Dispute Resolution from York University. In addition, Sarah is a trained Circle Facilitator and holds the professional designations of Certified Human Resources Leader, Certified Human Resources Professional, and Training and Development Professional.
Sarah provides expertise in coaching working with entrepreneurs, newcomers, and managers to assist them in becoming better leaders and successful businesspeople. Sarah is also a trained mediator in the workplace, family, and with elders. She assists organizations in mediating conflict, conducting investigations, and providing training in this area. Sarah also assists organizations in providing a workplace that meets everyone’s needs with regard to mental health.
