Sarah Gayer is a Human Resources professional and Charter Mediator, who brings over 20 years of experience consulting with organizations in both the private sector in such industries as pulp and paper, plastics, retail, communications, medical, manufacturing, financial, and in the not-for-profit sector.  Sarah forms strategic partnerships and alliances with her clients to provide them with the expertise, tools, and resources required by them to become strategically aligned.  She has also provided expertise in coaching in working with entrepreneurs, newcomers, and managers to assist them in becoming better leaders and successful businesspeople. Sarah is also a trained mediator in the workplace, family, and elder.  She assists organizations in mediating conflict, conducting investigations, and providing training in this area. Sarah brings a desire for sharing her expertise by bringing authenticity into her facilitation.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University, a Charter Mediator designation from ADRIO and various Certificates. Sarah has a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from York University and various certificates. Sarah also holds Advanced Certificates in Conflict Management from University of Waterloo and Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University.  She is also a trained Circle Facilitator. Sarah also assists organizations in providing a workplace that meets everyone’s needs with regards to Mental Health. In addition, she holds the professional designations of Certified Human Resources Leader and Certified Human Resources Professional, and Training and Development Professional.
