Davidson, Melissa

Melissa Davidson is a Red Seal–endorsed Journeyperson pastry chef with more than fourteen years of professional experience. She is a graduate of LaSalle College Vancouver, formerly known as The Art Institute of Vancouver, where she completed her formal training in baking and pastry arts.

Ms. Davidson has honed her expertise at several of Canada’s leading hospitality properties, including the Prince of Wales Hotel and the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. She is also the first-place recipient of the Glacier Park Collection Pastry Competition, a recognition that highlights her technical mastery and creative skill.

As a faculty member, she is dedicated to developing students’ technical proficiency, professional discipline, and creative confidence, while preparing them for success in the evolving field of baking and pastry arts.
