Neil Noseworthy: “You learn a lot on the job, but you don’t learn everything.”

We had such a pleasure catching up with alumnus Neil Noseworthy, who had previously completed our Red Seal Cook Exam Prep Course! Neil has quite a story, from beginning his journey at the Four Seasons Hotel at the age of 16 to spending 20 years being a rock and roll caterer who toured with the Rolling Stones. His advice to young chefs? Do not be picky about what you cook and eat, as you need to taste everything as you cook. Also, the best place to start is actually not a restaurant but in a hotel kitchen!
