Join us for a live online info session about our Mindfulness Course and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program with instructor Külli Yee. Ashton College staff will also be available to advise and answer your questions about admissions and other general questions about the course.
The Mindfulness course provides a broad overview of the fundamental concepts, principles and practices of mindfulness. Course participants will not only be introduced to the concept of Mindfulness but will also have the opportunity of learning to apply the practices to their daily lives.
In the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course, students will examine the use of mindfulness practice in reducing stress. When focusing on the here-and-now, individuals are better able to assess the stressors in their lives individually and to manage feelings of overwhelm.

Meet the Instructor:
Külli Yee is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness facilitator and MBSR Instructor. Külli helps organizations and individuals to discover the physical and mental benefits of mindfulness as it shapes individual experiences towards stress, anxiety, pain and overwhelm. She is inspired to guide others in discovering practices that have the potential to improve their overall quality of life.
