Program Advisor/Specialist

Job Description

Ashton Education a Vancouver-based company specializing in the development of post-secondary career programs and courses, is currently seeking Program Specialists to respond to queries regarding various programs and courses offered mainly online. Each Program Specialist will be required to have a thorough understanding of a variety of educational offerings developed by Ashton Education for the post-secondary education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the programs developed by Ashton Education
  • Review and understand the career opportunities available for graduates of each of the programs including relevant statistical data relating to job locations, income potential and career growth
  • Utilize the existing CRM system to input relevant data and produce reports as required
  • Provide the marketing team with relevant information concerning program enquiries
  • Write informational articles on programs for marketing purposes
  • Communicate with interested parties regarding program information via email, text and telephone
  • Participate in video recordings, trade shows, conferences and other events as required
  • Compile reports and share feedback documents as required
  • Promote generally the benefits of the programs wherever possible

Education and Relevant Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or similar
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience

  • Highest level of written and spoken English
  • Above average online research skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Above average interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
