We are seeking an Online Program Director to head our online learning department. This position will be for 30 hours per week. The desired candidate will have relevant e-learning education as well as experience working in an e-learning environment.

Relevant Education specifically in E-learning at the post-secondary level.
Experiencein online teaching or development.
Keen understanding of online instructional design.
Superior English communication and interpersonal skills

Manges the online learning department and maintains quality and integrity of the online program curriculum.
Coordinate the updating of program content and materials and/or delivery methods, based on information such as emerging practice changes in the discipline, instructional effectiveness data, current or future performance requirements, feasibility, and costs.
Identify areas for and participate in continuous improvement processes for learning activities in collaboration with education partner leaders and faculty.
Ensure validity and reliability (in collaboration with faculty) of all student assessment and evaluation processes.
Monitor and evaluate all online learning activities to assure compliance with curricular, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
Supervise and evaluate online support staff.
Track quality metrics, maintain established benchmarks, initiate and deploy quality improvement strategies when indicated
Research, evaluate and prepare recommendations on current and future curricula.
Regularly analyze and report on data to assess student learning and retention.
Provide analytical support for the design and development of curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards.
Provide input for annual performance reviews of online faculty.
Regularly advise instructors in curriculum development and use of materials.
