Faculty Support Coordinator (Vancouver)

We are seeking an administrative savvy, detail oriented Faculty Support Coordinator to work directly with our Senior Educational Administrator. This position will be for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m..

Administrative work experience in a College or School is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a College or school.
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make independent judgments.
  • Resourceful and adapts quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in using all Microsoft Office and Google programs.
  • Critical and analytical researcher (willing to dig for the required information).
  • Proven customer service skills and experience.


  • Assists the Senior Educational Administrator with updating various Program and Course Outlines.
  • Creates and maintains academic binders and paperwork.
  • Requests desk copies of textbooks from relevant publishers for courses that are under development.
  • Assists the Senior Education Administrator with new industry partnerships and associations.
  • Answers day-to-day instructor queries via email and telephone, as well as providing instructors with appropriate course materials for course facilitation.
  • Extracts information including student grades and course evaluation results for instructors.
  • Enters data into various Google Sheets and maintains monthly course trackers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 /hour
