Guidelines for School Visits

As the EAD program is online and our students are across Canada it is not viable to attend schools directly, however:

• Contact with the practicum host is done a minimum of 2x during your practicum
• Arrangements are made between the Student Success Coordinator and the Principal/Supervisor for an appropriate date and time for a practicum chat through Zoom
• Whenever possible, the student will be included in the practicum chat. However, if the student is not available as they are working with a student, they will be contacted by the Student Success Coordinator to receive details of the chat
