Efonda Sproles, an alumnus who completed our Diversity and Inclusion Certificate course, gave us an amazing interview! Originally from Iowa, Efonda graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Broadcast Radio and Television. After a short time, he realized that it was not what he wanted to do and switched to the health club industry, where he found his calling. As a result, he moved to Lifetime, where for 38 years he has worked alongside the original owner and moved his way up to Vice President of Acquisition. In this interview, Efonda explains why everyone should take this course, and how it benefits his career and others.
