Rachael D’Silva is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources management, Labour Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Throughout their career, Rachael has built a strong foundation in organizational development, employee engagement, and workplace culture transformation.

Over the past five years, Rachael has been a dedicated advocate for EDI, leading initiatives that drive systemic change and foster inclusive environments. With a collaborative and strategic approach, they help guide organizations toward greater equity and belonging, ensuring that diversity is reflected in the workforce and integrated into policies, programs, and the overall direction of the organization.

Rachael is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Leadership. They have also completed Mastering Fact-Finding and Investigations from Queen’s University IRC and Westlaw Edge Canada Essentials Level 2.
