Heidi Bachert-Burke is an accomplished educator with a Master of Arts in Political Economy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Sociology. With over 20 years of corporate experience in senior HR and Labour Relations roles, and more than nine years of teaching experience, she is a dedicated instructor committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive learning environment.
Heidi teaches a wide range of Human Resources Management CPHR core competency courses, including HR Fundamentals, Leadership, Labour Relations, and Organizational Behaviour, among others. Her award-winning teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking and practical application, catering to students from diverse backgrounds.
